My cousins library was fortunate enough to receive solar eclipse glasses at their local library. Not every library in the U.S. was able to receive these glasses and unfortunately our library did not receive them along with many other libraries. I have posted below a YouTube video from a Meteorologist in North Carolina on how to fashion your own solar eclipse glasses out of cereal boxes. My wife has already done this along with several other individuals. The estimated eclipse time is beginning at 11:31 am and ending at 2:27 pm (from Time and Date website). Remember even if it is cloudy out you do not want to look directly at the eclipse, you still need to take safety measures. Here’s the video from CBS North Carolina YouTube channel.
