This week has been craft week.   If you have not painted your craft, you have until Friday at 5:00 pm to come to the library and  get it finished.    We have had some very beautiful sharks, alligators and cobras  being painted.    Everyone is doing a great job. But Friday night  at 5:00 pm  the craft week is done. 

On Thursday, June 20, 2013  the zoo will be here with some burrowing animals and some fossils.    This will be in the  Memorial building  at 6:30 pm.   This will be a very interesting program.   Everyone is welcome.

Do you like to bowl?   June 18, 2013 is Teen/Adult bowling at Lakin Lanes at 6:00 pm.    You will need to sign up at the library to be able to play.      On June 19, 2013 we will have bowling for kids in grades 3rd -6th, we will begin at 2:00 pm   You must also sign up for this program.       Call or come by the library to sign up.

The 17th of June is the beginning of our craft week.   Come to the library to get your craft and you can paint it there or take it home to paint it.    We will be doing painting all week.      We hope you can join us for this fun project.

We are having movies outside on the courthouse lawn every Friday nite in June!  This is free.  There will be non-profit  groups  selling consessions.    Bring your chairs, blankets and pillows.  Movie will start around  9:30 maybe a little later depending on  what time it gets dark!   We have new speakers!
