Teen Read Week
Starting today, Monday October 28th, the library is celebrating Teen Read Week. During teen read week come by the library and check out the variety of comic books to take with you (a different title each day through Halloween). You can get one title at Kearny County’s local Middle School and High School libraries and then the other titles at Kearny County Library. 1st come 1st serve.

Humanities Speaker
Please join us on October 21, 2013 for Lorraine Madway’s preaentation of “Images of Depression-Era Work in Kansas Post Office Murals”. We will begin at 11:30 a..m. with a covered dish lunch. After a short business meeting, Lorraine will give her presentation. This is held at the Kearny County Senior Center, 305 N Kansas Ave, Lakin, KS. Everyone is welcome.
