“Throw Like a Girl” Please join us for a presentation by Laura Hartley, a Kansas Humanities Council speaker, on May 16, 2016.
We will begin with a covered dish lunch at 12:00 pm (noon) at the Kearny County Senior Center, Lakin, KS. After lunch and a short business meeting by the Kearny County Golden Agers, Laura will give her presentation. Everyone is welcome. Who will win? Batman or Superman! Circle K and the library are having a coloring contest for children ages 12 and under. Come to the library and check out a book and pick the color page you want. When you finish your color page take it to Circle K (Presto) and they will display them and pick the winner. You have until May 14th to get your picture turned in. Come to the library and look at the standee you can win!
